P90X3 Workout Schedule
Whats going on guys? Coach Banford, here with some very exciting news about the P90X3 workout schedule. Now, it has just been released to all of the top Coaches that the workout schedule will be coming out at a very soon date, which I will tell you later in this video along with some other details. So, all that and more right after this.

Alright, guys—Coach Banford back again to talk to you about the P90X3 workout schedule and give you the official P90X3 release date. But, before I do that, if you want to know all the great information about P90X3—all other Beach Body workouts—you want fitness to help fitness, tips, advice, nutrition help, nutrition tips—then go ahead and subscribe to my youtube channel before I go ahead and give you this great news. So, once you do that. Now lets jump right into it—so, the P90X3 workout schedule. That’s right—P90X3 is planning on being released—drum roll—as of right now, December, 2013—on the tenth is the official date so far, as everyone else has said. Now, that is the release date, but what you’re here for is—you want to know a little bit more about the work out schedule.
So, like the other P90X’s—P90X3 is going to be 90 days and each workout is going to be for 30 minutes. Now, the whole ploy for P90X3 is that they want to give you accelerated results. So, by saying that they want to give you accelerated results, they are actually making all of these workouts only 30 minutes long. That’s right—so, no hour and a half yoga from P90X—only 30 minutes long and there’s actually 20 different workouts—or, so they say. So, I’m excited to know more about P90X3 and being a Team Beach Body Coach, I will definitely release more and more information to you as I am given this information. So, now that you know a little bit more about the workout schedule and when its going to be released, you’re going to want to know even more as more information comes out. Top 2 Obstacle Course Races
Whats going on? Coach Banford here and Im going to tell you the top two obstacle course races that you need to try if youre looking to challenge yourself and also have a little bit of fun. Im going to bring you both of those obstacle course races right after this. Whats going on, guys? Coach Banford back here again. Now, before I jump into those two obstacle races that youre going to actually have to try to believe how awesome they are—I want to go ahead and ask you this question—do you like to know more like obstacle races, like the ones Im going to tell you about? Do you want to know training tips that can help you actually conquer these courses and get the best times? The Obstacle Course Races!
Now, lets jump right into those top two obstacle course races that I know you guys want to know about the first one in my favorite—and, this one is my personal bias, but I love this race—is the Spartan Race. That’s right—the Spartan Race is a load of fun, very challenging. Theyre coming up big over the last five or six years now. And, a lot of people have been doing these races. They have a number of different races from shorter ones to longer ones. I think all the way from three miles up to 13 plus miles. These races include anything from barb wire, fire, fences, mud, crawls, climbs—anything you can think of. And, this has to be one of my personal favourites that you definitely need to try. You can check out my five crucial tips to doing a Spartan Race—and Im going to jump right into this next race that youre going to do, and its going to actually talk about that race as well in this video. Now, that second race that you need to do—and Im going to first attempt this. This coming November is the Tough Mudder. Now, the Tough Mudder is the mother of all obstacle course races. And, if you haven’t tried it, then you are in for a treat. If you are interested, this maybe is about 12 miles long and it has some of the craziest obstacles that Im so excited to get to for myself. I have not actually done this race before, but I have looked up some of the obstacles and some of them include—one thats called Arctic Plunge, where you actually have to go underneath, into an icy cold pool of water and basically swim under water for—you know, just going under the board, at least. This is one I saw. Its called an Arctic Plunge. The other one—they actually have electrical wires that hang down and will shock you when you run through them. These are just two of the obstacles that I myself am very excited to try out. Now, both of these races are phenomenal and you should for sure go out and try these.
