My Post Insanity Review – Don’t Make This Mistake!
I wanted to give a post Insanity review about my first experience that I had when I put my Insanity training to the test. I just finished Insanity a little over a week ago (check out my Insanity results) and had pretty great results after two months with the program. I gave a full review of the Insanity workout as well (check out my Insanity review) to wrap up my experience with Insanity. It had been a little over a week and I was ready to see what I could do since I was feeling pretty freaking good about myself after finishing Insanity. Insanity Max Interval Circuit was the first workout of the the second phase of Insanity that I started yesterday. I think I can honestly say that a combination of a little too much fun with friends the night before and the increased difficulty of this workout made Insanity Max Interval Circuit absolutely miserable for me. None the less I stuck with it and more or less dragged through it mentally and physically. Shaun T definitely steps his game up with this workout. The workout itself is a little over and hour long and has a whole added circuit compared to the previous Insanity workouts. Overall though I have to say the Insanity Max Interval Circuit was an incredible workout though and I just want to take a little bit of time to go into it in a little more detail, so you can see exactly what you are getting yourself into before you decide whether or not you want to try Insanity or not. I am even going to give you a little sneak peek at me doing some of the moves from the Insanity Max Interval Circuit, so sit back and enjoy.
