Week 3 Review
For week 3 I decided to use only the resistance bands to see if I liked them better than using just weights. I used the teal green band that came with my challenge pack and the red band I already had for my workouts In the workout Chalene has one of her workout buddies using the bands which was nice because you could look at her to see how to use them properly. At first the bands do not seem like they would be that tough of a workout, but once you start using them by the 12th rep you are ready to fail. I liked the bands for some of the exercises and others i would have rather used the weights because I feel like I get a better workout with the weights on some moves. Read more…
