Let’s just go ahead and be completely honest with ourselves, everyone at some point in their life has made a workout excuse. Whether you are ridiculously out of shape or a very active and healthy person we have all had them. Just to make sure we are all on the same page see if some of these sound familiar to you. I will workout later today when I have more time. I have always been overweight, working out isn’t going to make a difference. I just can’t afford to workout right now, it is too expensive. I tried working out before and it didn’t work, what’s the point. Working out is too hard, I just don’t feel like doing it. Do any of these sound familiar? They certainly do for me because I know I have made some of these in one form or the other. Obviously no one is perfect and I am certainly not saying you have to be a perfectionist when it comes to your workouts, but if you are truly unhappy when it comes to your health you have to be willing to make a change or else you will always be unhappy.
