Hey everyone so 2012 is almost over and I can’t believe how fast the year has flown by! It has honestly been an incredible, life changing year for me. I have made some huge changes in my life that have allowed me to find some true happiness throughout the year. While most of the changes have been fitness related some of the bigger ones include reading more books that have allowed me to to enhance my personal development and learn a lot about myself as a person. None of this would have been possible without some major influences in my life throughout the year. And with that I want to thank and acknowledge my top 3 influences in my life for 2012! 
The Spartan Beast was epic! For those of you who didn’t know I have been training all year for this race ever since I did the shorter version of this
