P90X resistance bands or dumbbells?  This is a question that I get asked a lot from people, so I figured it would be easier to write a post than keep repeating myself. These pieces of equipment are one of the two things that you absolutely need for P90X (More on other P90X equipment here).  So then understandably this is a big decision that you need to make.  Both the P90X resistance bands and dumbbells have their drawbacks of course.  I want to give you my opinion on want based on the advantages vs disadvantages I would recommend. P90X equipment is a crucial aspect of the P90X workout.
