P90X Yoga Review
P90X yoga is probably one of the most talked about workouts from P90X. It is probably one of the only extreme workout programs that you will find that had yoga included in it. If you haven’t done P90X yoga then you are probably saying to yourself “how bad could yoga be anyways?”. Well for those of you who have done P90X yoga then you know that it is the real deal! While the workout is pretty long (lasting about 90 min) it is an absolute ride of your life like Tony Horton says. I want to use this post to go over P90X yoga and share with you why this is such an amazing workout. If you don’t think yoga isn’t for you or is too easy than you need to try P90X yoga.
