    P90X2 Shoulders and Arms

    P90x2 Shoulders and ArmsP90x2 Shoulders and Arms is an awesome workout! I have been doing this workout for a number of weeks now and every time I get a ridiculous pump from it. This was definitely one of the workouts that I had been waiting for to really help me put some size in my arms. I came into this workout not really knowing what to expect and was curious to see how it would be different from the P90X version of shoulders and arms. Needless to say I was not disappointed!     P90X2 Chest, Back, and Balance

    chest, back, and balanceChest, back, and balance is the first workout of P90X2 and boy is it a workout! I just finished my first week of P90X2 phase 2 and let me tell you what an awesome week it was! Going into this phase I plan on putting on some real muscle and after doing chest, back, and balance, I don’t think that will be a problem. This was the workout that I had been waiting for since I first did the chest and back workout from the original P90X. So I wanted to go ahead and start giving you the low down on all the workouts in the phase 2 portion of P90X2 and chest,back, and balance is first up on the list.     X2 Balance and Power

    X2 Balance and PowerX2 Balance and Power is DONE!!!! I just finished finished day 6 of my P90X2 challenge and have successfully been through all of the workouts for the foundation phase of P90X2.  I was not quite sure what to expect with the X2 Balance and Power workout only because it didn’t refer to any body parts in particular. None the less I was excited to do this workout. I want to wrap up the workouts for the foundation phase of P90X2 and give you a little more details about the X2 Balance and Power workout.     X2 Yoga

    X2 YogaX2 Yoga is FINISHED!!!! I just finished day 5 of my P90X2 challenge and I am super excited to tell you about this workout. So I will go ahead and answer I know you have on your mind and that’s “how is this different then P90X Yoga?”. Well besides a little bit of variations and some different moves it is only 60 minutes! That’s right no more dreading the days of an hour and a half of Yoga and letting it ruin the experience for you all together. With that being said I want to tell you some more about X2 Yoga and also give you my update on how I handled the new yoga and what I thought of it.     X2 Total Body

    X2 Total BodyX2 Total Body is DONE!!!! I just finished day 4 of my P90X2 Challenge and let me tell you this it was awesome! X2 Total Body was the first workout that I have done since P90X that actually had weights involved. It really reminded me of how much I missed lifting weights and how good it can make you feel once your done.  Having your muscles feel pumped up is a feeling that I had forgotten about, but once I finished X2 Total Body that feeling was restored.  This workout is perfectly incorporated into the P90X2 routine.     P90X2 Plyocide Review

    PlyocideP90X2 Plyocide is done!!! I just completed day 2 of my P90X2 challenge and let me tell you I think I found my new arch nemesis workout. P90X2 Plyocide and I did not get along well today. I had some thoughts going into this workout today that it would be similar to P90X Plyometrics, but Tony made sure to nip that notion in the butt right from the get go.     X2 Core Review

    X2 CoreX2 Core was awesome! I just finished day 1 of my journey with P90X2.  I really had no idea what to expect from the workout. I though since it was all about core that it would be similar to Core Synergistic from P90X, but was pleasantly surprised. It was nice to be able to incorporate new equipment into this workout as well. I want to go through the X2 core workout with you and just give you a little heads up about the workout itself as well as let you know how my day 1 went. Tony really adds some new techniques to this workout, so be ready for some cool new moves to get you the core you always dreamed of! Read more…
