    X2 Balance and Power

    X2 Balance and PowerX2 Balance and Power is DONE!!!! I just finished finished day 6 of my P90X2 challenge and have successfully been through all of the workouts for the foundation phase of P90X2.  I was not quite sure what to expect with the X2 Balance and Power workout only because it didn’t refer to any body parts in particular. None the less I was excited to do this workout. I want to wrap up the workouts for the foundation phase of P90X2 and give you a little more details about the X2 Balance and Power workout.     X2 Yoga

    X2 YogaX2 Yoga is FINISHED!!!! I just finished day 5 of my P90X2 challenge and I am super excited to tell you about this workout. So I will go ahead and answer I know you have on your mind and that’s “how is this different then P90X Yoga?”. Well besides a little bit of variations and some different moves it is only 60 minutes! That’s right no more dreading the days of an hour and a half of Yoga and letting it ruin the experience for you all together. With that being said I want to tell you some more about X2 Yoga and also give you my update on how I handled the new yoga and what I thought of it.     X2 Total Body

    X2 Total BodyX2 Total Body is DONE!!!! I just finished day 4 of my P90X2 Challenge and let me tell you this it was awesome! X2 Total Body was the first workout that I have done since P90X that actually had weights involved. It really reminded me of how much I missed lifting weights and how good it can make you feel once your done.  Having your muscles feel pumped up is a feeling that I had forgotten about, but once I finished X2 Total Body that feeling was restored.  This workout is perfectly incorporated into the P90X2 routine.
