How to Deal With Failure
FAILURE! Finally it happened. After spending the last 5 months of completely focusing on my fitness and changing my body and mindset, I failed. Maybe not failure in the sense of a dreadful awful mistake, but for the first time I let myself down when it came to my fitness. I am currently doing the Insanity workout and just came to the end of my 3rd week. That being said I only did 2 out of the 5 workouts for the week!
