    P90X2 Plyocide Review

    PlyocideP90X2 Plyocide is done!!! I just completed day 2 of my P90X2 challenge and let me tell you I think I found my new arch nemesis workout. P90X2 Plyocide and I did not get along well today.     ChaLEAN EXTREME Week 1 Review

    I started my workout journey with Beachbody doing Insanity but due to past knee injuries it was too tough on my joints for me to continue it. So with the help of my Beachbody coach Brett Banford I found ChaLean Extreme, which was a workout program we thought would get me the result I wanted and it would be easier on my joints.

    I ordered my challenge pack and in a about a week I had my Shakeology and workout program.  I started July 2 2012 and finished my first week of workouts July 7 2012. The program came with 7 different dvds, a program guidebook, and a fat burning food guidebook which has been very helpful so far while starting the program. There is a dvd in the program that has a section all about the workouts, how they will help you burn fat, and how to do the moves right. Also the dvd has a part where she gives you tips on what to eat and she gives you a “kitchen makeover”, which I found very helpful there were a lot of great tips on what to eat and what to buy when you go grocery shopping.     P90X Yoga Review

    P90X yogaP90X yoga is probably one of the most talked about workouts from P90X.  It is probably one of the only extreme workout programs that you will find that had yoga included in it.  If you haven’t done P90X yoga then you are probably saying to yourself “how bad could yoga be anyways?”.  Well for those of you who have done P90X yoga then you know that it is the real deal!  While the workout is pretty long (lasting about 90 min) it is an absolute ride of your life like Tony Horton says. I want to use this post to go over P90X yoga and share with you why this is such an amazing workout.  If you don’t think yoga isn’t for you or is too easy than you need to try P90X yoga.  Let me just go ahead and say as well that yes many people don’t like this workout.  Why?
